Support for Teen Mothers

 

Mission:

 

Our programs and unique services offer teen mothers the opportunity to break the cycle of life-long social service dependency by helping these bright young girls create a path toward self- sufficiency and family values.

 

For each mother and child, Tapestry provides:

  • Housing

  • Case Management

  • Parenting Skills Training

  • Continued Education

  • Mentoring and Coaching

  • Childcare Services

  • Independent Living Skills
